Ask about the frequency of vaccination?
I'm a 14. Lhasa mix and one for 5 years. Boston.Both old had shots, but I've heard that vaccines last a year.They had their last vaccination ~ May 2005 about a year. and a half. I do not want to vaccinate more than ~ especially the older dog already has the heart and kidneys disease.Now the problem, a guy is getting a new puppy, 4 weeks, let my dog shit everywhere on foot, can not walk, literally, our dogs everywhere! Apt said. ~ Manager and owner hope something will be done. ~ My question vaccines are enough to keep my dogs healthy? Am panic here because a veterinarian vaccinate and I do not feel good ~ especially for older dogs. The puppy seems healthy ~ a real soft shit, but only her mother and just start eating solid foods. Should I worry? THANK YOU!
Distemper / parvo vaccines are good for at least 3 years. Rabies too. I would not worry too much about the neighbors dog. All you have to worry about worms really OT. (Just a side note, but do not know your neighbor, it is illegal to have a puppy of 4 weeks? It is illegal to buy, sell, Giveaway or adopt a puppy who has not completed at least it's 7th week and in some states, must be 8 weeks).
